volunteer information
Thanks for your interest in volunteering at Cosplay America! We always need willing and helpful volunteers to make the convention run smoothly.
All volunteers are required to be registered attendees of the convention. This means that you need to register to attend! Signing up to volunteer does not include free registration to Cosplay America. You can register at the door, however we cannot process your volunteer application prior to the convention if you do not pre-register.
We have a lot of people who want to volunteer. Please let us know what you want to do. And please understand that we may not be able to accommodate your preference. If you don't have a preference, we would be happy to find tasks for you wherever we need you!
Again, thank you for your interest in helping us make this convention happen. This event is special and we want to continue for many years to come. To do that we need a solid group of staff and volunteers who will be with us from year to year. We are hoping you'll join our growing the Cosplay America team!
Talk to you soon!
With Our Deepest Gratitude,
Cosplay America Volunteer Coordinator
